DEI Strategy

& Training

Inclusive language alone does not create affirming spaces. Real inclusion is relational. It is reflected in leadership, policies, daily interactions, and the experience of the people you serve. My LGBTQ+ and DEI work is rooted in lived experience, long-term recovery, and years of partnership with organizations seeking to move beyond optics into meaningful alignment.

I collaborate with teams to explore how identity, mental health, and culture show up within their systems of care and leadership. Through trainings and facilitated conversations, we examine where growth is possible and how trust can be strengthened in practical ways. The goal is simple: to build environments where people feel safe enough to show up fully and supported enough to stay.
